My name is Victor F. Weijers. I’m a 23-year-old Dutch animation student at St. Joost | School of Art and Design.

From an early age, I have enjoyed being creative. I was always drawing, no matter where I was. People often told me that I could turn my hobby into a profession—and that’s exactly what I’m doing now. In 2013, I started art high school at the Graphic Lyceum Rotterdam VMBO. During those four years, I learned a lot about various software programs and working methods in the art sector. This experience gave me a head start when I moved on to the Graphic Lyceum Rotterdam MBO, where I completed the Visualization study in 2020.

During my studies at St. Joost, I became fascinated by simulations. In September 2022, I chose to do a minor focused entirely on this subject. This led me to The Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark, where I enhanced my skills in Houdini and Unreal Engine.
